I. Introduction

Lori, operated by Fun Ideas Limited, is dedicated to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment for everyone. Protecting children from harm, exploitation, and abuse is one of our highest priorities.

This policy defines our strict commitment to preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on our platform. It also describes the measures we take to detect, remove, and report any such activity in full compliance with global child protection laws and regulations.

II. Definitions

- Minor
Refers to any individual under the age of 18.

- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Refers to any act, behavior, or content that sexually abuses, manipulates, or exploits a minor. This includes (but is not limited to) grooming, sexual harassment involving minors, solicitation of sexual acts from or toward minors, sextortion, trafficking for sexual purposes, or any act that portrays or treats a child as a sexual object.
Any attempt to involve a minor in sexually suggestive or exploitative communication online or offline constitutes CSAE and is strictly prohibited.

- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Refers to any image, video, live stream, chat message, illustration, or other media depicting a minor in a sexual context.
CSAM is illegal worldwide and will be removed immediately upon detection.

III. Zero Tolerance

Lori enforces a zero-tolerance approach to any form of child exploitation or sexualization. This means:

  • Absolutely no exploitative content or behavior – any activity that targets or sexualizes minors is forbidden, including attempts to gain a child’s trust for grooming or manipulation.
  • No warnings or exceptions – violations lead to immediate and permanent account suspension.

IV. Protective Measures

To ensure that Lori remains a secure environment, we employ a combination of technology, human moderation, and clear enforcement protocols:

  • AI and Human Moderation: Continuous monitoring of content and user behavior using automated detection systems combined with trained human review teams.
  • Strict Content Rules: Any sexual or suggestive representation of minors, including fictional or simulated depictions, is explicitly banned.
  • User Reporting Tools: Built-in reporting features allow users to quickly flag inappropriate or harmful activity.
  • Decisive Enforcement: Upon detection, we take immediate actions which include removing offending material, suspending or banning user accounts, and notifying law enforcement when necessary.
  • Ongoing Evaluation: We regularly review and improve our safety policies, moderation systems, and staff training to align with evolving standards and legislation.

V. Reporting

We rely on our users to help keep Lori safe. If you encounter any suspicious or harmful activity involving minors, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:

  • In-App Reporting: Open the user’s profile, tap the exclamation icon in the top-right corner, and select the reason for the report.
  • Email Support: Send a detailed report to [email protected].

All reports are handled confidentially and reviewed within 24 hours. Incidents involving CSAE or CSAM are prioritized and escalated for urgent action. Please include all relevant details and, if possible, screenshots or other supporting information to assist our investigation.
